04 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- If you paid with a credit card, it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.
05 Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. To request an exchange:

- We will ship the replacement item at no additional charge once we receive and verify the return.

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund as soon as possible.
07 Late or Missing Refunds

- Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
